Shipping & Returns

Royal Mail 1st Class and Packaging from £3.50

All delivery charges are applicable to the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. For other countries please get in touch to confirm delivery costs.

Orders £0.01 - £40.00 are £3.50
Orders £40.01 - £80.00 are £4.95
Orders £80.01 plus are £6.95

Orders placed before 2pm are despatched on the same day using Royal Mail 1st Class post*. Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st class mail next day, but this is not a guaranteed service and may take 2-3 days**.

Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and Packaging £7.95
If you require a guaranteed service, Next Day Special Delivery* is available for orders placed before 2pm on a working week day. Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm are delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Tuesday**.

* Subject to stock availability. ** We obtain proof of postage for all parcels. All parcels over a value of £30 must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available to receive parcels at the delivery address. We cannot offer refunds for postage. Please refer to www.royalmail.com for details

We will send you emails to update you on your order
You will receive an email when order has been placed and when your order is despatched. Your card will not be charged until items are despatched. We hold dance goods to the retail value of £150,000 and we try our very best to keep items in stock, if your item is out of stock we will email you with an estimated delivery date. Any orders for out of stock items will be held on back order until they are available. You have the option to cancel your order at any stage.

Moneyback guarantee
You have the right to return any unused items in a re-saleable condition (unworn in original packaging with tags attached) for a refund or exchange within 14 days. We recommend you use recorded post as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

Christmas returns policy
Please note: for the Christmas period (good purchased between now & the end of December 2007) we will extend the returns policy on unused items in a re-salable condition (i.e. unworn, in original packaging with tags still attached) until the end of January 2008.

Free size Exchanges
Should you require to exchange an item for the same item of a different size. Post the items back to us and we will send back to you free of charge. We recommend you use recorded post as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

Any additional new items added to an order will be charged postage at our normal rates. Items returns with postage unpaid may not be delivered.

The small print
Goods returned after the 14 day period at our discretion may be subject to a £3.00 handling fee. Tights and underwear must be returned in original unopened packaging.

If goods are returned to us by Royal Mail due to non collection and we have already re-issued items, postage will be recharged at the original rate.

If you require a VAT receipt for goods please contact us and we will forward one.
