Ordering online:
All online orders are via our 128bit secure connection, and are fully secure against fraud. Your data is safe at all times.
Placing orders via telephone
You may also place orders via telephone. Write down the item codes (shown in bold on product pages eg: BL 538) and sizes/colours you require and give us a call on 0845 838 4682. You may also want to have an email address to hand (we can then send you confirmation when your order is despatched). We are open Tuesday to Saturday 10-5.30 and 12-4 on Sundays. We are closed on Mondays at present.
We will send you emails to update you on your order
You will receive an email when order has been placed and when your order is despatched. Your card will not be charged until items are despatched. We hold dance goods to the retail value of £300,000 and we try our very best to keep items in stock, if your item is out of stock we will email you with an estimated delivery date. Any orders for out of stock items will be held on back order until they are available. You have the option to cancel your order at any stage.

Card security
We take card security as our highest priority. Card details are securely captured, encrypted and sent to our server where they are de-encrypted. We only charge your card when goods are actually despatched. You will receive a separate card receipt with your order showing you the amount charged. We currently follow the Natwest/Streamline best practice guide for Information Security.
